1. Material – Premium Tungsten Carbide
Made from 100% virgin ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide (WC grain size 0.4–0.8µm) with optimized cobalt binder content. Hardness HRA 91–93, transverse rupture strength ≥3800 N/mm². Provides excellent wear resistance and edge toughness for grooving and parting-off operations.

2. Process – Advanced Coating & Edge Preparation

Multi-layer PVD coating (TiAlN / AlCrN) applied under strict temperature control, thermal stability up to 800°C
Coating thickness 3–8μm with strong adhesion
Precision honing and micro-honing treatment to strengthen cutting edge, reducing micro-chipping risks
